SLOW COOKER TEXAS BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES

Slow Cooker Texas BBQ Beef Sandwiches – only 3 ingredients! Seriously delicious!! Serve beef on top of hamburger buns with a slice of cheese. Great for potlucks! We love this easy slow cooker beef recipe! Can freeze leftovers for a quick meal later!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (3-lb) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 envelope chili seasoning
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 8 slices cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place chuck roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle chili seasoning and pour BBQ sauce over roast.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Remove roast from slow cooker and shred beef with 2 forks. Skim fat from cooking juices. Return meat to slow cooker.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, place the meat on the bottom of each hamburger bun and top with cheese. Top with top bun.
