SKINNY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Our Skinny Chicken and Broccoli Casserole is the best! It’s easy! It’s fast! It’s filling! And for all its ease, it still looks, feels and tastes like a recipe that just came out of your grandma’s oven! This one is just too good! 

Ingredients:

•3 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cooked and diced.
•2 Cans (10-3/4 Oz.),[98%] fat-free cream of chicken soup.
•2 Pkgs. (10 Oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained.
•3/4 C. nonfat evaporated milk.
•1 Tsp. lemon juice.
•2 Tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese.
•1 C. Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese.
•1/2 C. Italian-flavored dry bread crumbs.
•Cooking spray.

INSTRUCTIONS :

1-Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a [9*13-inch] baking pan with cooking spray.
2-In a large bowl, toss together the cooked chicken and broccoli.
3-In a smaller bowl, mix together the soup, milk, and lemon juice.
4-Add this to the chicken and broccoli,& stir to combine.
5-Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
6-Sprinkle with the shredded cheddar…Toss the bread crumbs, and parmesan together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
7-Spray lightly with cooking spray.
8-Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25-30 mins, or until bubbly.
