Paleo Coconut Flour Chocolate Cupcakes

These coconut flour chocolate cupcakes are soft, fluffy, moist and so delicious! They are paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, and dairy-free. The cupcakes are sweetened with natural raw honey.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (measured when liquid)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Scoop the batter into baking cups/muffin pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
