Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (measured when liquid)
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Scoop the batter into baking cups/muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
