Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Mascarpone Cheese or Creamed Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Erythritol or Swerve
- Whipped Cream or Coconut Milk (Optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more sweetener if you want it sweeter.
- Top with whipped cream or coconut milk, to taste.
