Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes




Ingredients:




6 large potatoes

1 onion

8 slice of uncooked, diced bacon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,

1 10oz can of cream of chicken or celery soup,

10 oz of milk.

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice potatoes, dice onion. Layer potatoes, onions, cheese, bacon in this order.
  2. Mix milk with can of cream of soup, poor over top.
  3. Cook on low 8 -10 hrs.
