Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats (quick oats or old fashioned oats work great here)
  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add oatmeal, milk, peanut butter, banana, and ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Blend about 1 minute until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
