I’m sure you all have your favorite recipes that you make often, if not on a weekly basis, either because you love them or because they’re easy to make them. Well this is mine! It’s not only because I LOVE IT but it’s soooo easy to make. I remember the first I made it, my family thought I made some kind of a mistake and that’s why it tasted do good. They have a lot of faith in me, don’t they? But I proved them wrong by making it again and again.

The only secret here, if you could call it that, is to make sure to cut to slice the steak into really thin pieces, then  place it in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes and wrap it well in plastic. Chinese noodles or rice are a delicious accompaniment.
