Sunshine in a Bottle Lemon Smoothie

A healthy way to jolt yourself awake in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
