Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat French vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
