INGREDIENTS
1 lb ham steak
6 small uncooked potatoes, cut into chunks
12 oz steamable broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1/2 cup water
16 oz ranch dip
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place potatoes into crock.
- Place the ham and water on top of the potatoes.
- Cook on high for 1 hours.
- Add the vegetables.
- Cook on high for 1 hour.
- Add the ranch dip.
- Cook on high for 1 hour.
- Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
