Slow Cooker Olive Garden Copycat Zuppa Toscana

A super simple way to enjoy the Olive Garden classic at home!

1/2 bag frozen hashbrowns

1 lb browned Italian sausage

5 1/2 cups water

5 chicken bouillon cubes

2 cups chopped kale

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 diced onion

2 Tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup evaporated milk


  1. Put all ingredients except kale and evaporated milk in the crockpot.
  2. Allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before serving, add in kale and milk and allow to cook.
  4. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
