A super simple way to enjoy the Olive Garden classic at home!

Ingredients
1/2 bag frozen hashbrowns
1 lb browned Italian sausage
5 1/2 cups water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 diced onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Directions
- Put all ingredients except kale and evaporated milk in the crockpot.
- Allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, add in kale and milk and allow to cook.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
