In a glass add warm water and in the water add a pinch of cinnamon, two slices of lemon and ½ cup of pitted cherries and leave it to soak.  Remember to drink it before going to bed for a better sleep.

  • Hot water – 8 Cups
  • Fennel Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Pineapple Chunks – ½ cup

Thoroughly wash a whole pineapple. Slice the skin of the washed pineapple. Add the pineapple chunks in a container. In the container add 8 glasses of hot water.

When it cools down, you can add one teaspoon of the fennel seeds. Leave it to soak overnight. Remove the pineapple skins. You can strain the seeds, or you can even chew fennel seed for and additional boost.




Vitamin C-Bomb with Mint Water, Cucumber,  and Lemon

With cucumber, lemon and mint water you have a lot of antioxidant and vitamin C and all that in one drink. The mint contains phytonutrient also known as monoterpene that is a powerful antioxidant.

The cucumber contains many minerals and vitamins. The minerals are in the peel, and on the other hand, the flesh has caffeic acid and vitamin C that helps and reduces inflammation.

Finally, the lemons contain lemon in and flavonoid which helps with detoxification, and also strengthens the cells. Also the lemons and additional vitamin C boost.
