Marinated Pork

1/2 c olive oil

1 c soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp minced ginger

1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar

4 clove garlic, minced

3-4 lb pork tenderloin


  1. Trim pork loin of silver skin.
  2. Slice the tenderloin to desired thickness. Place in a large plastic ziplock baggie.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients well. Pour over meat, close baggie and refrigerate for 2-3 days for best flavor. Make sure you flip the bag a few times a day to evenly marinade.
  4. I’ve broiled and grilled the meat, both equally good!
