1 pound of chicken breasts – fillet them or pound them out
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of honey
½ cup of water
salt and pepper
- Place chicken in a skillet. Brown both sides
- Season liberally with salt and pepper.
- pour in the mustard, honey and water.
- Stir around. Cover and cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and water is reduced.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
