Shrimp with Cilanto and Lime (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients

1 34 lb large shrimp , peeled and deveined

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

12 tsp ground cumin

14 tsp ground ginger

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tsp lime, zest

12 tsp salt

14 tsp pepper

Directions

1- Combine shrimp, lime juice, cumin, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl; toss well.

2- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

3- Add shrimp mixture and saute for 4 minutes or until shrimp is done.

4- Remove from heat; stir in cilantro, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
