If you want a new and delicious way to prepare your sausage, check out this amazing sausage and cheese muffins! It’s very easy to make and it tastes real good!
1 lb of hot ground sausage.
1 tsp of onion powder.
3 cups of all-purpose baking mix.
1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
¾ cpu of buttermilk (you can use water or milk).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion over medium heat. Stir constantly to cook and crumble then drain off fat. Let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375° and lightly grease mini muffin tins.
- In large bowl, mix together the sausage, baking mix and shredded cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix together the soup and buttermilk and stir into the sausage mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins and fill to the top.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes and Voila!
