Garlic and Butter Grilled Scallops

A flavorful, tender, seafood dish that is quick to prepare and a favorite with all!!

1 lb scallops, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced


  1. Rinse scallops and thaw if frozen.

  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add in the garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add in the scallops to the skillet and cook about 3-4 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.

  5. Remove from heat and serve!
