½ cup of milk.
1 lightly beaten egg.
2 cups of grated cheese.
1 cup of self rising flour.
3 diced bacon rashers.
1 diced small onion.
- In a large bowl, mix together the egg and milk and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Drop large teaspoons of the mixture into a lined baking tray with baking paper.
- In a preheated oven to 200C bake for 20 minutes and Voila!
