Boursin Mashed Potatoes

Boursin Mashed Potatoes – AMAZING!!! Creamy, buttery and out-of this world delicious! Yukon gold potatoes, Boursin cheese, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, half-and-half. So easy and they taste amazing! Perfect for holiday meals!!

2 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 (5.2-oz) Boursin Cheese

4-oz cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup half-and-half

1/4 cup butter

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Bring potatoes and water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into prepared pan.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
