Bacon Breakfast Bake



Yummy Breakfast egg casserole bake. Somewhat like a quiche.

Number of Servings: 20


12 eggs
1 pound bacon (you may use other meat but the dish is calculated by bacon)
1 cup onion
2 cups cheese
1 pkg Crescent Rolls


Unroll the rolls and press into a 9″ x 13″ pan. In a mixing bowl scramble the eggs together, then add remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the crust. We cooked it for 20 min, then checked it every 10 minutes until it was set up and cooked through.

In this size pan I cut it 4 times long ways and 5 times the short way.
