Slowcooker Gluten-free Ranch Ham And Vegetables Recipe




INGREDIENTS




1 lb ham steak

6 small uncooked potatoes, cut into chunks

12 oz steamable broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

1/2 cup water

16 oz ranch dip

INSTRUCTIONS




  1. Place potatoes into crock.
  2. Place the ham and water on top of the potatoes.
  3. Cook on high for 1 hours.
  4. Add the vegetables.
  5. Cook on high for 1 hour.
  6. Add the ranch dip.
  7. Cook on high for 1 hour.
  8. Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
